Our terms and conditions of booking

The following conditions apply to individuals

- If you plan to arrive after 7.00 p.m.: We request that you pay in advance or provide us with your credit-card number and date of expiry.

- No show policy:If you do not arrive at the hotel and do not cancel your booking before 6.00 p.m., you will be charged for the first night of your stay. In the event of a stay-over, you have to cancel your room before 12.00 p.m.

- Special booking terms: Special terms apply to bookings made through our automated booking services (e.g. over the internet, through our Interactive Voice Response System etc.); details are provided when you use each service.
